Role: Lead Data Scientist

Lead both the theoretical and practical aspects of Shoodoo’s data science product – data science related R&D, its customers, and data scientists’ community deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the research, development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms
  • Apply advanced mathematical theory, statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to improve existing approaches and designs
  • Designs solutions for complex business problems while keeping a company/product-wide perspective using quantitative methods
  • Executes large-scale or highly complex projects and plays a role in key aspects of a strategic project
  • Establishing scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation
  • Plan, design, execute and measure controlled experiments to understand impact of our actions
  • Design strategies for effective use of model output
  • Maintain a culture of innovation via rapid prototyping and research to leverage new data sources and techniques

Qualifications

  • Relevant graduate degree (M.Sc / PhD in Computer Science or related field)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of both theoretical and technical aspects of machine learning and data science
  • Academic and/or industry experience with one of more of the following domains: machine learning, and/or advance data management and/or large-scale distributed data systems
  • Min of 3+ years of industry experience, preferably building a SW product
  • Experience in developing novel and practical solutions with limited resources/power to real-world problems
  • Expertise in machine learning and deep learning techniques and modeling

Role: Account Executive

Shoodoo is seeking its first Account Executive. The selected individual will initiate the Inside Sales team from our office Tel Aviv targeting the US mid-sized organizations. The candidate must be able to generate our SAAS product sales – qualifying prospects, demonstrating the predictive analytics solution and closing the deals sales over the phone.

Must have

A strong ability and motivation in growing a pipeline, managing the sales process and be an excellent closer desire.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying leads and turning them into sales
  • Close sales and meet sales quota within the generated sales pipe
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Sell the benefits of Shoodoo’s predictive analytics solutions we provide to potential clients
  • Tenaciously follow-through and prioritize client needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company
  • Contact and generate interest from prospects attained through marketing campaigns
  • Conduct product demonstrations to interested clients via web-based conferencing

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience (selling over the phone)
  • B2B sales experience
  • English – Native
  • Proven over achievement record with high tech inside sales to the US market
  • Excellent phone & email & technical communication skills
  • Willingness to work in US hours, Monday to Friday
  • Great ability to capture the business drivers and buying process in business enterprises
  • Documented success in turning leads into sales revenue
  • College/Academic degree
